Only accepting inquiries from those seeking to rent the room of at least 9 months, with an exception for Interns (VFU studenter) and ERASMUS programme participants that are NOT awaiting a response from student-housing! A cozy bedroom in a shared apartment in Stockholm, Östermalm. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, theatres, restaurants, universities, museums and shopping and cruise ship. The greenery around the area makes this place extra exceptional and perfect for anybody that enjoys long walks and or playing field sports. No loud music, no loud phone calls, no loud streaming, recreational drugs or partying is allowed at any time! You will be sharing the apartment with me and another female. Our work schedules vary to the point that we have decided to limit kitchen use after 20:30 since we go to bed early. The kitchen can be used after 20:30, just not for cooking full meals :). The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have access to the entire apartment except for our sleeping areas. I should also point out that we have a zero noise policy after 22:00. Headset/earphone usage in the apartment is preferred throughout the day. The apartment comes with an opportunity to rent guestrooms for visitors if you have family coming over to visit. ⚠️ Unfortunately, working/studying from home (monday-friday) won’t be possible during January-June, as there will be drilling (very loud and unpleasant noise) between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM.
