Hi! During the period 25 June to 7 August, with a minimum rental period of 30 days, we are renting out our lovely two-bedroom apartment near Karlaplan, in the heart of Östermalm - one of Stockholm’s most attractive and sought-after neighbourhoods. The apartment was fully renovated in autumn 2024 and is in excellent condition. It is located two flights up, with lift access available. The flat is very quiet and overlooks a peaceful inner courtyard. The layout includes a master bedroom with a bay window and walk-in wardrobe, a smaller bedroom/home office/children’s room with built-in wardrobes, and a spacious living room with a balcony and a working open fireplace. There is also a modern kitchen with a full-size dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a washer-dryer. The apartment also has a security door and alarm system, as well as Apple TV and Sonos speakers. If preferred, the current children’s room can be cleared of furniture and used as a home office or guest room. The rent is SEK 80,000, excluding Qasa fees. The minimum rental period is 30 days. For longer stays, the rent will be prorated at SEK 2,667 per day. The rent includes everything - water, heating, electricity, internet, bed linen, towels, cleaning every other week, and move-out cleaning. As the apartment is in very good condition and the building is part of a small housing association, we are only interested in responsible tenants. No pets, parties, or smoking. We have a strong preference for renting to a couple or a family with no more than one child. References from previous landlords, or from another person or company, would be a big plus. Best regards!
